Let's All Just Have Fun!

Tina's last post was heartfelt and motivating to anyone who has ever feared failure.  I truly believe that being active each week, whether it's running a few days, playing a team sport on the weekend or dancing at night, is the best goal to have.


And it's such an easy one to meet if we search out which activities are fun for us individually.  Let the weight take care of itself, however it will.  We will be having fun and feeling confident and happy because we are living lives with a purpose of fun and happiness!
